The women centric film is being helmed by Hari and Harish, and is bankrolled by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad. Now according to the latest report, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen playing the role of a nurse in Yashoda.
Rangasthalam and U Turn fame actress will be seen in an author-backed role that challenges her as an actor. This is the first time she is playing a nurse on the screen. No one expected Samantha to say yes for such a type of role.
Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has joined the cast of the film and recently, Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan had also joined the team of Yashoda. Mani Sharma is on the board to render the tune and M Sukumar is handling the cinematography.
