Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s 83 trailer was released today morning. The film’s release got delayed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown. In the 3 minute and 49 second trailer, Ranveer Singh as former captain Kapil Dev, follows team India’s victory at the 1983 Cricket World Cup. The trailer also gives a glimpse of Deepika Padukone and she is the perfect supportive wife. Kabir Khan touches upon the rivalry between India and West Indies, which was spoken about a lot at the time.
The film 83, which is produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Phantom Films, Reliance Entertainment, will have its world premiere on 15th December at Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea International Film Festival.
Kabir Khan’ magnum opus which also has Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Dinker Sharma, Sahil Khattar, Addinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, Ammy Virk, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, R Badree and Pankaj Tripathi is scheduled to hit theatres on 24 December.
