Mollywood star Mammootty has tested positive for COVID-19. According to the reports, he experienced a few symptoms, including a mild cold and sore throat on Saturday evening and took a Covid-19 test and the results came back +ive. He is in good health, and is in home isolation, since he has no other complications.
Mammootty took to his twitter and confirmed the same by sharing a post, “Despite taking all the necessary precautions I have tested Covid-19 Positive yesterday. Besides a light fever I am otherwise fine. I am self isolating at home as per the directions of the concerned authorities. I wish for all of you to stay safe. Mask at all times and take care.”
On the work front, Mammootty has a number of big budget projects in the pipeline. Among them are Bheeshma Parvam helmed by Amal Neerad, Puzhu by Ratheena PT, and Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam by Lijo Jose.
