Telangana government has issued a new GO revising the ticket prices running in theatres in the state. According to GO, ticket prices in Telangana State have been increased to some extent. A new table of ticket prices by category wise has been released. Megastar Chiranjeevi took to his Twitter to thank Telangana Government and Chief Minister KCR.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Khaidi No 150 fame actor thanked the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for conceding the request of Tollywood and revised the movie ticket prices that would do justice to all sections of the film industry, including the distributors , producers and the theatre managements.
The minimum ticket price will be Rs 30 plus GST in Non AC theaters, Rs 50 plus GST in AC/air-cooled theatres and Rs 100 plus GST in multiplexes. The maximum ticket prices in these theatres will be Rs 70 plus GST in non-AC theatres, Rs 150 plus GST in Air conditioned theatres, Rs 250 plus GST in large single-screen theatres and IMAX theatres and multiplexes.
