AP govt issues permission to reopen seized theatres with a twist

It is known that a few days ago, the Officials during state-wide raids on cinema halls seized several theatres for violating rules and regulations. As many as 12 theatres were seized in Krishna district. The officials probed the details of rates of online and offline movie tickets as well as snacks in the food stalls and found that the rates were much higher than the ones prescribed by the government. More than 100 cinema halls in Andhra Pradesh were seized by the officials. Now the breaking update is that the Jagan Mohan Reddy led Andhra Pradesh government has issued the order to reopen the closed theatres but with a twist.

The twist is that the owners of cinema halls were given one month of time to fix all the issues for which their theatres were seized. If they fail to do it, strict action will be taken against them. This move of AP govt brought good news for the exhibitors of RRR and Radhe Shyam.
